With a separate lounge, two bathrooms, covered indoor and outdoor dining, and a fully fenced section, there’s room for everyone to unwind.

Walk to the lakefront, playground and Kokomea Village for eateries and supermarket; all while being just minutes from Taupō town, the airport, and key attractions.

  • The home features four comfortable bedrooms, offering flexible sleeping options for families, groups, or couples travelling together. Each bedroom is well appointed with quality bedding, storage for clothing, and heating/cooling for year-round comfort. The layout allows for privacy while still being close enough for families with children.

    There are two modern bathrooms, making mornings easy for larger groups. Both bathrooms are clean, well lit, and equipped with showers, vanities, and essential amenities.

    The separate lounge is a welcoming space to relax after a day exploring Taupō. It features a large, comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and a selection of board and card games.

    The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and ample bench space, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole group.

    The adjacent dining area connects seamlessly to the outdoor space, allowing for relaxed meals indoors or out.
