Lake Taupō Waterfront Retreat

A Taupō classic. Beautiful native timber throughout, this lovely home is right on Hot Water Beach, which is 5 minutes away from Taupō township.

The lakeside pathway runs past the property and is great for bike rides and walks around the lake.

The property is fully fenced and there is a large flat lawn in front of the house. The beach is sandy and safe for swimming. The geothermal water drifts to the top on still days, making swimming particularly enjoyable. There is a boat mooring available.

A large deck facing the lake and the setting sun. Downstairs there is a large hot water bath/pool that fills from the geothermal heated water. Kids love this and it can be filled daily. No weddings, functions, or parties sorry.

2022 updates: new high-pressure hot water system, and radiators through the house. 2 large fridges, bar-fridge, and large induction hob stove.
The Space: Three king bedrooms, a 4-bed bunk room (please note, bunks are not full adult size and ideally are suited for children) and a den with 2 single divan beds (sorry, they cannot be made up as a king bed).
Separate large kitchen and living areas.
