    The central kitchen is the heart of the home, linking the dining and living areas while framing spectacular lake views. Sliding doors open to a generous deck, perfect for entertaining, with a pull-down screen to enjoy alfresco dining and sunsets even on breezy days.

    Year-round comfort is assured with double glazing, a woodburner, heat pump, and nightstore heaters in each bedroom.

    All three spacious bedrooms feature ensuites – the master boasting a luxurious rain shower – while every bathroom enjoys underfloor heating. A guest powder room off the lounge adds extra convenience.
